Easy Hawaiian Pork BBQ

Preparation

  • Cut pork into smaller chunks.
  • Drain the pineapple chunks.
  • Place onions and peppers in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • Place the cut pork over the vegetables and top with the pineapple chunks.
  • Even distribute the sauce over pork and vegetables.
  • Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours (or high for 4 to 5).
  • Heat rice according to package directions.
  • Using fork shred pork into desired serving size pieces.
  • Place pork and vegetables on plate with cooked teriyaki rice.
  • Serve with rolls.
