Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Great Oatmeal Raisin Cookies recipe. These oatmeal raisin cookies are absolutely the best I have ever had. When I make these, I get rave reviews from both children and adults every time... as well as many repeat requests.
Ingredients
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Add combined flour, baking soda, salt and spices; mix well.
- Stir in oats and raisins.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 8-9 minutes for chewy; 10-11 minutes for crunchy cookies.
- Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
- Remove to wire rack.
- Store tightly covered.

"Its a Great recipe I made it once with raisins (it was so good) but I used all the raisins I had so I made it again with no raisins with double the cinnamon and it was great so try that if you do not have raisins"
