Preparation
- Drain the corn and chicken.
- Drain and rinse the beans.
- Combine corn, chicken broth, chunk chicken, beans, diced tomatoes and green chilies in a large saucepan or stock pot.
- Stir in taco seasoning.
- Simmer over medium heat until chicken is heated through.
- Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, fresh lime wedges and cheddar cheese if desired.

"So good! I doubled everything in this recipe and used 4 12.5oz cans of chicken and 32oz of chicken stock. Next time I make this I will use fresh chicken and maybe some black beans as well but it is excellent as written. We did add the toppings that were mentioned ????"
